Solid performance for off-grid setup

I purchased the AC500 Home Battery System along with two B300S Expansion Batteries and a Home Integration Kit. The ordering process was smooth, though I did have a question about the transfer switch compatibility which customer service clarified promptly via email within a day. Shipping for such a large order was surprisingly quick, arriving in Melbourne within a week. Installation required a professional electrician for the integration kit, but the Bluetti components themselves were well-documented. The system has been running flawlessly for the past month, providing reliable backup power and significantly reducing my reliance on the grid. The build quality of the units is impressive, and the app provides good monitoring capabilities. I appreciate the peace of mind it offers, especially during unexpected outages. The total cost was a significant investment, but the performance and support have justified it so far.

Good unit, shipping was slow

I bought the AC180 Portable Power Station for camping. It arrived well-packaged and the unit itself feels very solid and performs as advertised, running my mini-fridge and charging devices with no issues. The website was easy to navigate and the purchase process was straightforward. However, shipping took almost 8 days to reach me in Perth, which felt a bit long. For the price, I'd hoped for slightly quicker delivery, but overall, I'm satisfied with the power station's quality and performance. It's a capable unit.

Quick delivery, works well.

Ordered an EB3A Portable Power Station. It arrived in 4 days. The unit powers my tools and charges my phone easily. No problems with the order or the product.

Absolutely love my new solar setup!

Oh my goodness, I just received my AC200MAX Expandable Power Station with two PV200 Solar Panels and I am SO excited! This thing is amazing. Setup was super easy, and it's already charging everything. I'm going off-grid this weekend and can't wait to really put it through its paces. I will absolutely be recommending BLUETTI AU to all my friends who want reliable power. Fantastic product, fantastic experience! I'm already planning my next purchase!

Consistently reliable power

This is my third purchase from BLUETTI AU, and they've been consistently good. I started with an EB70 for camping, then got the PV120 Solar Panel, and most recently, I upgraded to the AC180. Each time, the product quality has been high and the delivery reliable. My last order for the AC180 arrived within a week, which is what I've come to expect. Their units always perform as advertised, and I keep coming back because I know I'll get a solid product that just works. No surprises, which is what you want with power solutions.

Thinking of upgrading my old Goal Zero to a BLUETTI. How do they stack up against each other, like the AC200MAX vs a comparable Goal Zero Yeti?

C Carly Osei 2 months ago
BLUETTI usually offers better value for money and often has LiFePO4 batteries which are more durable. I found the BLUETTI app to be better too.

I switched from Goal Zero to BLUETTI a while back. For me, the expandability of the BLUETTI units like the AC200MAX with extra batteries was a huge plus that Goal Zero didn't really offer as easily.

Has anyone had to return a BLUETTI product in Australia? Just wondering what their return policy is like, in case I change my mind.

K Kevin 2 months ago
Yeah, returns were pretty straightforward for me. Just make sure you keep the original packaging and contact them within the return window.

I returned an extra cable I accidentally ordered. Process was smooth enough, just had to pay for return shipping which kinda sucked but is standard for most places.

Are these BLUETTI power stations genuine in Australia? Saw some cheaper ones on another site but not sure if they're legit.

C Cleo 3 months ago
The official BLUETTI AU site is definitely legit. Bought my AC200P direct from there, no issues.

Yeah, always better to buy from the official store to make sure you get the proper warranty and support. Too many fakes around these days.

Are BLUETTI solar panels waterproof? Thinking of getting a PV350 for permanent outdoor setup but it rains a fair bit here.

D David 2 months ago
They're generally pretty weather-resistant and splashproof, especially the rigid ones. For permanent outdoor use, you'd want to make sure it's mounted properly and maybe not in a spot that gets constant deluge.

My PV200 has been fine with rain and dew when I leave it out overnight sometimes. I wouldn't leave it in a massive downpour for days on end, but they can handle normal weather pretty well. Check the IP rating for the specific model if you're really worried though.

quick question for anyone who's bought from them before - how long did your order take to arrive? I'm in Perth and need an EB3A for a trip in about two weeks.

A Amber 2 months ago
From what I remember, shipping usually takes about 3-7 business days for most places. Perth might be on the longer side though being further out.

My EP500Pro took about a week to get to Adelaide. Two weeks should be plenty of time for Perth, I reckon you'll be fine.
